  We understand that seeing the garment is important. That is why we developed the “Request Swatches” and “Request Samples” option on the site. By clicking the “Request Swatch” or “Request Sample” button, this will send a message to the vendor in “My Messages” on FashionPeddler.com. The additional time we allow for presenting collections (3 months for us as opposed to 3 days at a show) makes it easy to send swatches and samples via mail.

• “What is the right garment package for my collection?”
  
  Picking the appropriate garment package should be based on the number of garments you have in the current season. However the larger the garment package, the better the value. As you upgrade each package you are paying less per garment. Also upgrading your garment package will leave you additional credits for pay-per-click advertising.
  
  

• “How can I get more exposure for my brand?”
  
  Our pay per click advertising system is set up so you can be in complete control over your brand and garment exposure. Not only can you advertise your brand as the “Featured Designer” on the front page, but also garments in respective categories. For each type of advertising, you decide how many credits you want to spend every day.
  
  

• “When do I buy garment and advertising packages?”
  
  There is no set time to purchase packages. You may purchase at the beginning end or in between seasons. As the number of credits necessary to be the top bidder increases, you can always purchase additional advertising credits in the “Buy Season/Credits” section.
  
  
  

• “What is a credit?”
  
  When purchasing packages, a credit is the currency used. To upload a garment, it requires 250 credits. Each credit is worth $.04 so a garment is valued at $10 (.04 X 250). When the vendor purchases larger packages, the vendor receives those credits at a more discounted rate.
  
  

• “Does FashionPeddler.com take commissions for the sales that are generated through the site?”
  
  FashionPeddler.com does not take any commissions or percentages from any sales generated through the site. FashionPeddler.com does not handle any money transactions.
  
  

• “Is there a minimum number of packages per year I have to purchase?”
  
  Yes, each vendor must purchase a garment package for at least two seasons out of the four in the calendar year to retain their membership.
  
  

• “Is it easy to upload garments on FashionPeddler.com?”
  
  Uploading garments takes a minute or two and is a very easy, guided process. The first screen asks for all the pertinent info about the garment and is followed by the option to upload images and swatch pictures.
  
  

• “Can I only upload garments?”
  
  With FashionPeddler.com you can upload a variety of different fashion pieces. Within garments you can upload different images of the same garment, different swatches and detailed description. In addition to garments you may also upload accessories, shoes and jewelry.
  
  

• “Who can join FashionPeddler.com?”
  
  Maintaining an outstanding image is key to the success of FashionPeddler.com. That's why we take special measures to make sure members on the site hold it to the same level of quality as we do. Upon request to join, every designer is reviewed to verify their designs are conducive to the interest of the users on FashionPeddler.com. All buyers on FashionPeddler.com are thoroughly screened to ensure that they are a legitimate retail buying account.
  
  

• “Do prices change on FashionPeddler.com?”
  
  As more designers join the site, more members are competing to advertise their brand or garments. This greater demand for advertising tends to increase the maximum bid so its recommended that designers have extra credits to keep up with this increase. Membership prices are subject to change at our discretion.
  
  

• “As a designer, I want the maximum exposure possible to get my brand out there. What benefits does FashionPeddler.com offer to buyers so they have incentive to actively use the site?”
  
  The benefits of using the site as a buyer come down to saving time and money. Since efficiency is important to buyers in order to keep ahead of the trends, they will benefit from FashionPeddler.com being available 24/7/365 where they can browse hundreds of designers in the time it would take to see a handful at a traditional trade show. Another important aspect for buyers is keeping the cost to find these designers to a minimum. There is no charge for buyers to use the site, so whether they use FashionPeddler.com exclusively or as a supplemental avenue to find new designers, there’s no cost incurred for using it. New to FashionPeddler.com is the referral system where for every 10 designers that sign up from a buyer referral, FashionPeddler.com will send that buyer a check for $500!
