FashionPeddler.com Official Rules.

There are rules that all FashionPeddler members, both buyers and sellers, need to know and follow. These rules are created to protect you and to keep FashionPeddler a safe place to network and participate in the Community.

Rules about general member conduct

FashionPeddler members cannot:

  • Interfere with the FashionPeddler site.

Interference or attempted interference with FashionPeddler's site and/or operations using any software program, routine or activity is a serious offense and is not permitted.

Members using the FashionPeddler site may only modify or add content in those areas specifically designated for member use. All content must also abide by all other FashionPeddler policies. Designated member areas are:

  • the members' profile page.

  • Add a garment page

  • Edit a garment page

  • the feedback comments area of the Feedback Forum.

  • the advertise page.

  • the FashionPeddler email forwarding system.



In no case may a user block, obscure, overwrite or modify any FashionPeddler-generated content or pages. All other site locations or components of FashionPeddler pages are strictly for FashionPeddler use.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

  • Membership cancellation

  • Limits on account privileges

  • Account suspension

  • Forfeit of FashionPeddler fees on previously and currently uploaded garments listings


  • Use profanity on the site.

    • FashionPeddler does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language in a public area of the site. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature.

FashionPeddler will permit garment and accessory titles and descriptions that contain profanity on the main site and in Mature Audiences. This profanity is only permitted if the original product title or description contains the profane terms. All other profanity is prohibited. This exception applies to listed items and does not apply to any other items or discussion boards.

Sellers should carefully review the ‘Some Examples’ and ‘Additional Information’ sections below before listing and adhere to all the policies outlined.

  • Forfeit of FashionPeddler fees on previously and currently uploaded garments listings


  • Infringe on FashionPeddler's intellectual property.

The FashionPeddler Name
It is usually permissible for you to refer to FashionPeddler in a descriptive manner on your website, in item listings or in advertisements. For example, you might say "Check out my new line of clothing on FashionPeddler," or "I show on FashionPeddler." (By the way, FashionPeddler is always spelled "FashionPeddler"; it is never spelled "Fashion Peddler" or "Fashion-Peddler.") You should not refer to FashionPeddler in any way that might lead someone to believe that your company or site is sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by FashionPeddler.


The FashionPeddler Logo
The FashionPeddler name and logo are registered trademarks in the United States and many other countries. We generally do not permit the use of the FashionPeddler logo by third parties unless they have a written license agreement with FashionPeddler. Use of the FashionPeddler logo without permission from FashionPeddler is not permitted on any of the following types of materials:

  • Promotional materials

  • Flyers

  • Websites

  • In your line of garments or designs

  • On merchandise (homemade or otherwise), including but not limited to:

    • Business cards

    • Shirts/Hats and other clothes

    • Bean bag plush toys

    • Store windows

    • Miniature cars

    • Mailing labels

    • Mousepads

    • Signage

    • Buttons

    • Coins

    • Mugs

    • Dolls

    • Toys



Linking to FashionPeddler From Your Website
Drive internet users to your FashionPeddler on-line show or listed garments using a special button we’ve created for you. If you’d like to create a link to FashionPeddler from your website, we can make it easier for you.


Framing the FashionPeddler Site
'Framing' or altering the way in which the FashionPeddler website is viewed is not permitted. 'Framing' usually means causing third party content to appear above or around the FashionPeddler site.


FashionPeddler Domain Names
FashionPeddler owns exclusive trademark rights in the FashionPeddler name in the United States and in many countries internationally. The ownership, use or sale of a domain name containing the FashionPeddler name is not permitted because it is likely a trademark infringement. We do not give permission to third parties to register domain names containing "FashionPeddler."


FashionPeddler Logos and Screenshots

We occasionally permit the use of FashionPeddler logos or screenshots by third parties. For example, we may permit the use of a FashionPeddler screen shot in a college textbook or a motion picture. However, such uses of screenshots or the FashionPeddler logo usually require a written license from FashionPeddler. To ask for permission to use a FashionPeddler logo or screen shot, please submit your request.

  • Listing cancellation

  • Limits on account privileges

  • Account suspension

  • Forfeit of FashionPeddler fees on previously and currently uploaded garments listings


  • Minimum season purchase policy.

    • All members of FashionPeddler are required to purchase a minimum of 2 out the previous 4 seasons. These seasons are not required to be consectutive, however they do require the minimum purchase of the 25 garment package. Upon a third season with no purchase, the user account will be suspended and all items taken offline until a new season. Re-listing fees may apply.

  • Continue to use FashionPeddler if a member’s account is suspended.

A person suspended from FashionPeddler loses all membership privileges. A suspended individual is not permitted to participate on the FashionPeddler site using any existing account, or to register new accounts with FashionPeddler. A suspension from FashionPeddler may be for a fixed length of time, indefinite, or permanent. Suspensions remain in effect until removed by FashionPeddler.

  • Forfeit of FashionPeddler fees on previously and currently uploaded garments listings


  • FashionPeddler Return policy

We reserve the right to change any of our policies at any time for any reason, which are immediately applicable to all current, new and previous clients.
  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • FashionPeddler reserves the right to cancel or suspend the operations of the site should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of FashionPeddler, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the site functionality. In the event FashionPeddler suspends operations due to virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the operators, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the site, no refunds shall be awarded and credits are not redeemable for cash.
